I'm Wayne Keyser, for 26 years a professional family entertainer
(magician and clown, character actor and more).
Since my retirement a few years ago,
I've been publishing what I've learned in those years.

I've also done extensive research on my personal interest:
the sideshow, carnival, and modern-day burlesque.
All three have rich and fascinating histories,
and a new generation of young performers
is revitalizing them.

I have created DVDs and other media to share my experience,
and I also podcast about these performance arts
in my "Ballycast" podcast.
