Corrigan stars as a Navy lieutenant on a dangerous mission in an "rocket
submarine" to the undersea kingdom. There, evil Unga Khan plots to destroy
the upper world with super-scientific rayguns, robots that look like water
heaters, and an army of about 10 guys with horses and chariots. (Whaaa?) - Lon
Chaney Jr. stars as a bad guy, and everybody wears funny hats.
